Conditions for Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Vida the Label. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer easy returns with a return fee of $15 within 2 days of receiving your order. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team and we will assist you with the process.

Return & Exchange Policy

In order to be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached. Please note that personalized items are non-refundable. Shipping fees are non-refundable and customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
