Vida the Label wants you to love your purchase!
If something isn’t quite right, we offer simple returns for $15 within 2 days of receiving your order. 

 

To start a return or exchange, email us with your order number, the item you’d like to return, and the reason.

Then you will be guided through the next steps.

 

All returned items must be in perfect condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

 

Please note that sale items are final unless the product arrives faulty.

Every garment is checked carefully before it leaves the workshop, so pieces that show wear, damage, makeup marks, or alterations cannot be accepted.
