SHIPPING & RETURNS

At Vida, every piece is produced in limited quantities and packed with care. Because we are a small independent brand, our return policy differs slightly from large retailers. Please read carefully before purchasing. 

FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS 

We will always take responsibility if:
 

- Your item arrives faulty

- Your item is damaged in transit

- You receive the wrong item 

Please email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. 

If approved, we will cover the return shipping and offer a replacement ( if available) or a full refund. 

CHANGE OF MIND/SIZING

If you wish to return an item due to change of mind or sizing: 

- You must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order

- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, as shipping services have already been fulfilled

- Original shipping costs are non - refundable

Once we receive your return and confirm it meets our conditions, we will process a refund for the item price. 

Due to our limited production runs, exchanges cannot be guaranteed. If your requested size is unavailable at the time of processing, you will receive a refund instead. 

RETURN CONDITIONS

To be eligible for return, items must be:

- Unworn

- Unwashed

- Free from makeup, tan, or marks

- In original condition

Items returned in unsuitable condition will be sent back to the customer.

Sale items are final unless faulty

   •    New Zealand rural: $15
  •    Australia Flat rate: $25

   •    UK Flat Rate: $30

SHIPPING TIMES

New Zealand: 1- 4 business days (allow another 2 for rural delivery)

Australia: 4-12 business days 

UK: 7-14 business days

All orders are shipped via NZ Couriers to ensure a smooth and reliable delivery experience. For international orders, local courier services may take over once the parcel reaches your country, depending on regional availability.

International Orders & Customs

Orders shipped outside of New Zealand may be subject to additional taxes, duties, handling fees, or customs charges as determined by the destination country. These fees are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the customer. Vida the Label is unable to reimburse any customs-related charges.

Terms of Service (Shipping)

Once a parcel has been handed over to the courier, Vida the Label is not liable for any loss, damage, or theft that may occur during transit.

If your order appears lost or delayed, we recommend first contacting the courier listed in your tracking details. If you need further assistance, feel free to reach out to us and we’ll do our best to help.

Unfortunately, we’re unable to offer refunds or compensation for shipping-related delays or issues outside of our control.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Entered the wrong shipping address at checkout?
Please email us immediately so we can update it before your order is dispatched. Once a parcel has been sent, we’re unable to make changes.
